With over 26 years of international experience spanning multiple geographies and diverse industries including banking, fintech, healthcare, logistics, consumer durables, business process outsourcing (BPO), global transformation, and innovation, Maneesh has consistently demonstrated his ability to build real, scalable and sustainable businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Maneesh's leadership style is characterized by purpose, leveraging a global perspective to implement value localization that goes beyond financial success. He integrates his theoretical knowledge with robust international experience to drive positive cultural and transformational changes, always placing customer service and excellence at the forefront of his initiatives.
A passionate advocate for diversity in the workplace, Maneesh has actively supported the "He for She" causes for UN Women, Singapore chapter, consistently championing diversity initiatives. Sanj Ahuja
Group Chief Financial Officer
As the person charged with Probe Group’s overall finance strategy, Sanj Ahuja has a keen interest in the wellbeing of our clients.
That’s because, with 15 years’ experience in Customer Experience senior leadership teams, Sanj knows one of the keys to a financially successful company is financially healthy customers, which is why he strives to ensure Probe Group’s clients receive contract costings that are not only competitive but can deliver what we promise. His mission is to eliminate any chance that a project will fail through inadequate resourcing.
As a long-term head of finance and Certified Practising Accountant, Sanj has the expertise and experience to guide Probe Group’s treasury, accounting, payroll, commercial and pricing, tax and audit functions, which allows us to pursue our aggressive growth strategy and meet our clients’ and investors’ expectations.
Haidee Enriquez
CEO, MICROSOURCING AND BEEPO
Haidee is a true leader with a passion for excellence and over 18 years of experience in the Philippines BPO and contact center industry. She currently serves as the driving force behind two Probe Group companies, MicroSourcing and Beepo, where she has successfully implemented growth strategies and optimized operations.
Recognized by her peers for her distinction in service, Haidee is also widely respected in government, business and socio-civic circles for her active involvement in initiatives aimed at uplifting people and business management in the Philippines. Her leadership roles have given her a unique perspective on the passion, commitment and strength that come from an outsourced team in the Philippines.
As an alumna of the prestigious Harvard Business School and a recipient of the ‘People Manager of the Year’ award from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), Haidee is a highly skilled manager with a deep understanding of what it takes to inspire and motivate teams. In addition to her impressive credentials, Haidee's recent appointment to the Board of Directors for the Contact Center Association of the Philippines has given her a unique perspective on the industry and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to leading successful contact center operations.

Group Executive, Marketing & Communications
David is a dynamic senior marketer with a knack for developing insight-driven programs that enhance value propositions, elevate customer experiences and boost retention. His entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial acumen and proactive approach help brands thrive and stand out.
As Group Executive, Marketing & Communications David is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy in alignment with the value creation plan and in close collaboration with the sales organization. This role involves leading, motivating and empowering the global marketing team to drive contemporary strategies that elevate our industry leadership and amplify our brand impact.
David’s impressive career includes pivotal roles at financial giants like HSBC, NAB and ANZ, where he made significant marketing contributions. At Oracle, he collaborated with subject matter experts to craft compelling thought leadership materials. Prior to joining Probe Group, he led a transformation of the marketing function at DB Results, a digital business and technology consultancy. Additionally, David brings extensive business and cultural experience in Asia Pacific markets.

Avik Choudhuri is the person who drives Probe Group’s passion for leveraging incredible talent with cutting-edge technology to help our clients identify, embrace and implement growth-focused solutions that improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Having worked in executive roles across the contact center industry for more than 16 years, Avik has earned a reputation for developing high-performing teams that operate across multiple geographies and, most importantly, help their clients build more profitable businesses.
Avik’s resume speaks for itself, having completed a Bachelor of Engineering, training in advanced statistics, a Masters in Business Administration and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, the pinnacle of the renowned business management strategy program. His enthusiasm for personal growth and development is now supporting Probe Group’s client base.
Rohan Khanna
Group Executive, Technology
Rohan Khanna thrives on enabling the interaction between people and technology, which is a godsend for Probe Group’s clients as they confront an increasingly digital world.
For more than 15 years, Rohan has led teams across a variety of business areas including project management, service desk, pre-sales and commercial and relationship management, as well as overseeing transformation projects in utilities, banking, financial services, insurance, eCommerce, telecommunications and government.
That experience has led him to his current role at Probe Group where he is responsible for our systems and technology and implementing clients’ projects. He is passionate about digital transformation, helping companies avoid confrontational interfaces that lead to harassed humans, using technology to empower people and showing clients how the right systems can help them ‘Do It Better’.
Along with a Bachelor of Business specializing in Information Systems and Diploma of Management, Rohan is a qualified practitioner of the PRINCE2 project management method, which would be no surprise for anyone who has had the pleasure of working alongside him.
