As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of Probe CX's client in the North American market, providing world-class customer service.
We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Associate. This is a perfect opportunity if you are outgoing, fun-loving, have a friendly demeanor, and have at least one year of customer service experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer service inquiries
- Updating customer accounts with appropriate notes and details
- Escalating critical issues to team leaders when required
- Ensuring the communication flow process is followed as per guidelines.

Does Probe CX offer training?
Absolutely. The training length varies per role and client. It's largely dependent on the complexity of the position and the client it services.
How long is the average recruitment process?
Our team works very fast to process a high volume of applications. You can expect to be in contact with a recruiter via phone or email within 1-2 business days of applying. It is important to note that most of our roles require background checks and this process can take up to 4-6 weeks in some cases. Melbourne, Gold Coast, Springfield, Maroochydore, Brisbane, Wollongong, Joondalup, West Perth as well as many work-from-home positions in Australia. We also have offices in New Zealand, the United States, India and the Philippines.
